Renovation work at NOVA WERKE AG complete
2005 and 2006 were two years marked by extensive renovation of the buildings at our headquarters in Effretikon, Switzerland. During the first phase we had a new glass roof and highly insulated facades installed at our factory.
In 2005 we also modernized our production logistics, had all rooms repainted, expanded the infrastructure, and improved and extended the overhead crane. Our warehouse for small parts now covers two floors and is equipped with a rotary elevator. We doubled the height of the strip windows, greatly improving daylighting in the factory. We also installed electronically controlled exterior blinds for the windows.
We saved the full renovation of our office building until last. It now sparkles inside and out – our headquarters matches our corporate design. Our employees appreciate the light-flooded workspaces, the efficient furnishings, and the well thought-out partitioning of our open-plan office.
As part of the renovation, we also improved the grounds. We upgraded the parking area and the access road and installed a new perimeter fence around the site. |
