Quality is a prime concern to us. This includes the quality of NOVA SWISS products and processes, and the quality of all processes and procedures at NOVA WERKE AG. That's why the company's quality management system has been ISO 9001 certified since 1995, followed by the environmental management according ISO 14001 in 2009 and in 2011 we added OHSAS 18001 for the health and work safety. We are periodically recertified by an independent certification authorization. Furthermore, the Engine Components division is audited according to the standard ISO/TS 16949, and thus fulfills the highest requirements for technical specifications, management processes, and the quality of systems and processes.

As a significant part of the ISO requirements, we have extensively internalized the process of continual improvement. This has become a valued and vital part of the everyday work of our employees at all levels.
